La atencion es muy buena, las habitaciones super confortables, el desayuno, a la carta, muy muy mediocre, tanto en porción como en presentación, la omelette, pelada, con una cucharada simple de frijoles... no tienen pan blanco, ni pan dulce... ni si quiera un croissant La carta extremadamente limitada, el club sandwix falto de sabor y de presentación.
This hotel is beautiful if you like a quite peaceful place. The food was delicious. The restaurant manager Trinidad Arredondo was very attentive to our food needs. This was our first time visiting Queretaro and we would definitely seek a 2nd stay at this location. I truly recommend the Spa massage, Letty was absolutely the best. The beds were very comfortable I slept like a baby.
